How Our Program Works

Step 1: Schedule a Discovery call with our nurse liaison

• This will give you an opportunity to discuss your symptoms and ask questions about our practice and approach to care.

Step 2: Complete the Initial Brain Health Assessment.

• This includes an online cognitive assessment and a 90-minute visit with a MCBH doctor at our office.  (Click here to learn more about the Initial Brain Health Assessment)

Step 3: Enroll in a MCBH Brain Optimization Program

• Once your Brain Health Assessment is complete, the next step, if appropriate, is to enroll in one of our Brain Optimization Programs. We offer a 6 month and a 12-month program to accommodate different needs and goals. We will make a recommendation as to which program is most appropriate for you based on our evaluation of your case.
